What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Euro bank draft, Postal order, Money Order.
What do I need to start dancing?
Your attitude, get up and go, a teacher and the right outfit and shoes. We are happy to help you select the right outfit and understand that being comfortable is paramount for you in feeling confident as you dance.
When I purchase something from you and I am not happy what are my options?
We are happy to look and see what we can do in regards to an exchange or a refund. It does depend on the condition of the goods and if we can put back into our stock. At the very least we will strive to ensure you are happy and that you get what you paid for.
What brands do you stock?
We try to stock the latest brands in the dance industry the current range of brands that we stock are: Hullachan Pro, Antonio Pacelli, Fays, Hallmore, Boyne Walk, Capezio, Inishfree, Roch Valley, Bloch, Danskin, Supadance, Freeds, Jenetex, and Katz.
If I place an order how long does it take to arrive?
If we have the item in stock we can dispatch it the very same day. In Ireland we are promised a two-day delivery and internationally it varies from country to country.
What sizes do you cater for?
With the different international sizes we ensure that the size you pick is the correct measurement. UK, US, Japan and European sizes vary quite substantially and it is important to understand this. We have a chart that describes the differences here.
Is it safe to send my credit card details to you?
Yes, our website’s shopping cart uses secure methods to ensure your details are safe.
What are the costs I need to consider when ordering goods from yourselves?
Tax, duty, postage and packaging are the other costs that are involved. For International customers, please note that Dance City is not responsible for any duties, taxes or fees, which might be additional to your shipment.
