Shipping & Delivery
We ship internationally. For all goods instock, shipments for orders in Ireland and Northern Ireland takes 3-5 business days. Shipments take longer for orders in Europe and is by registered Air-mail from Ireland. For international customers please note that Dance City is not responsible for any duties or fee’s which might be additional to your shipping.You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

We offer store collection .We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and let you know when your order is ready to pick up. Please wait until you receive an email stating your order is ready. Our opening hours are Tuesday – Saturday , 10am – 5 pm. We will hold your order for 7 days.

Returns & Replacements
If you need to return a faulty or damaged item, please send it to us at Dance City, 6 Roches St, Limerick, Ireland. We will replace the item free of charge. Traces of usage (REMOVAL OF SECURITY TAGS) and wear and tear are never covered by the warranty. In order to prevent abuse, we will not consider defects reported to us more than 48 hours after receipt of the goods. Post and Package cost are none refundable.
Dance Shoes carry a 30 day from purchase Warranty and will only be entitled to a refund if the product is Faulty within this period.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item(except Tights and Underwear) from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the wrong size or item is ordered we will exchange the product for you, however a shipping fee will have to be charged and will need to paid before exchanges will be sent out.
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
It can occur that a product is sold out or simultaneously ordered by another customer. If delivery of the product is not possible, we will inform you within 14 days and your order will be cancelled. In this situation your payment will be refunded within 14 working days. Dance City accepts no responsibility or liability for damage caused by exceeding the delivery times.
If you are not satisfied, do not hesitate to contact us. We aim to resolve any problems or complaints to the customer’s satisfaction in any reasonable and valid complaint.
